The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to individual reservations made by the customer for his personal needs.2. The reservation request implies adherence to the present terms and conditions of sale and full and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.3. The reservation request must be made in the name of one of the persons who will be staying at the Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").4. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted the present general terms and conditions of sale and the terms and conditions of sale of the reserved rate available on the website.\n5. The customer declares having the capacity to contract, i.e. being of legal age and not under guardianship or trusteeship.6. The customer's agreement to the general terms and conditions of sale and to the terms and conditions of sale of the fare booked is given at the time of booking; no booking is possible without this agreement.7. The payment made at the time of a reservation for which the conditions of sale of the fare do not allow modification or cancellation of the reservation, will hereafter be referred to as the prepayment.\nArticle 1 : Reservation\n1. The customer may reserve on the Web Site, on an individual basis, and for his/her personal needs, a limited number of rooms per reservation and on a single Mobile Service. For reservations of more than 4 (four) rooms, the Hotel reserves the right to apply special pricing conditions and cancellation policies to the corresponding contracts.3. The customer undertakes, prior to any reservation, to complete the information requested on the reservation request form.4. The customer attests to the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided.5. The reservation procedure includes the following stages:Stage 1: choice of room and rate;Stage 2: selection, where applicable, of one or more additional services (valid only on the site);Stage 3: verification of the details of the reservation, its total price, the applicable sales conditions and any adjustments to the choice (room, rate, additional service);Stage 4: filling in the customer's contact details;\n- step 5: entering the credit card in the case of a guarantee or prepayment request;\n- step 6: consulting and accepting the general terms and conditions of sale and the terms and conditions of sale of the rate reserved before validating the reservation;\n- step 7: validation of the reservation by the customer. In accordance with article L. 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the customer is reminded that he/she does not have the right of retraction provided for in article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code.\n2. The conditions of sale of the reserved fare specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.3. Reservations with prepayment cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Prices are quoted in euros. Prices include VAT applicable on the date of the order, and any change in the applicable VAT rate (10%) will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.\n2. The prices indicated include only the services strictly mentioned in the reservation. At the time of invoicing, any additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay and the tourist tax will be added to the price mentioned in the reservation.\n3. The prices applicable are those in force on the day of booking. Only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is contractual.\nArticle 4 : Payment terms\n1. Payment for all services must be made directly to the hotel (with the exception of pre-payable reservations).2. To guarantee the reservation, except in the case of special conditions or rates, the customer must provide his or her bank details by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), indicating the card number directly in the appropriate field (secure entry using SSL encryption), with no spaces between the digits, as well as the card's validity date and visual cryptogram.\n3. Payment is debited at the hotel during your stay, except in the case of special conditions or rates where payment is debited at the time of booking (online prepayment for certain rates). This prepayment is referred to as a deposit.4. In the case of fares subject to online prepayment, the amount paid in advance, known as the deposit, is debited at the time of booking.5. The credit card used for prepayment may be requested by reception on arrival at the hotel. It must be in the name of the reservation. If this is not the case, it will be necessary to contact the hotel in advance to complete an authorization form and provide a copy of the credit card and the cardholder's ID for authorization. If necessary, the hotel may ask the customer to pay the deposit on the spot using his or her own bank card, in exchange for which the hotel will reimburse the deposit initially paid on the card used to make the reservation.\nArticle 5: AccommodationIn the event of force majeure, exceptional events or technical problems at the hotel making the customer's stay impossible, the hotel will make every effort to find alternative accommodation, if possible in a hotel of the same category. Any additional cost of the room and the outward journey between the 2 hotels will be borne by the hotel.\nArticle 6 : Stay at the hotel1. On arrival at the hotel, customers are asked to fill in an arrival form. To do this, the customer will be asked to show proof of identity in order to verify his or her identity. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the customer fails to show proof of identity.\n2. The customer accepts and undertakes to use the room in a reasonable manner and in accordance with its purpose. Any behaviour contrary to public morality and order will lead the hotelier to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation or refund, if payment has already been made. If no payment has yet been made, the customer must pay the price of the nights consumed before leaving the establishment.3. The customer undertakes to ensure that the computer resources (WIFI access) provided by the hotel are not used in any way for illicit purposes. The customer is also required to comply with the security policy of the hotel's Internet service provider, including the rules governing the use of security measures implemented to prevent the illicit use of IT resources, and to refrain from any action that might undermine the effectiveness of these measures.4. The customer will be held responsible for any damage, deterioration or act of vandalism that may occur as a result of occupying the premises and/or as a result of the participants and/or staff for whom he/she is responsible, as well as for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, such as loss of data, viruses or service interruptions.\n5. Pets weighing up to 6 kg are accepted, at an extra charge, as long as they are kept on a leash or in a cage in the common areas of the establishment. The hotel may ask for an up-to-date health record and the use of a flea collar. In the event of deterioration or damage caused by the animal, the owner will be held directly liable. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the dining rooms.\n6. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the hotel. In the contrary case, the customer exposes himself to a penalty corresponding to the closing and the integral cleaning of the room.\nArticle 7 : ComplaintsThe present General Conditions of Sale are written in French language, without making obstacle to the imperative protective provisions possibly applicable of the country of residence of the consumers.\nIn the case where they would be translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text would be taken as proof in the event of litigation. The photographs presented on the site are not contractual.
